Thank you to everyone who joined our wonderful Ice Cream Social on August 26th. Well over 100 people enjoyed freshly made hand-churned ice cream, hot dogs, and good company.

Thank you, especially to Dr. James Dudley, host of the event, for sharing his historic riverside home.

Guests included Congressman Steny Hoyer, U.S. Senate candidate Ben Cardin & his wife, Myrna; Maryland Senate President Mike Miller, County Commissioner Wilson Parran, North Beach Mayor Mark Frazer, School Board President Bill Phalen, Maryland Farm Bureau President Buddy Hance and his wife Robin, Register of Wills Margaret Phipps, Clerk of the Court Kathy Smith, Central Committee President Chris Reynolds and many, many other great Friends and new Friends!

Rounding out the guest list - a unexpected guest - Baltimore Mayor and Maryland Governor candidate Martin O'Malley!

Guests of all ages, including at least 30 youngsters, enjoyed churning their own ice cream; enjoying the riverfront view, wonderful conversation and the chance to see old and make new friends.
