MD CAPS ON-LINE STUDENT INQUIRY

MD CAPS is LIVE!!!

The Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) is pleased to announce the unveiling of our new online student financial aid system, the Maryland College Aid Processing System (MD CAPS).

MD CAPS offers Maryland students the ability to submit an application online, check their “To Do” list to see what actions are required, accept offered awards online, check the status of an application or award, and update their own personal information.

In order to use the site, students must create a User ID and Password and validate their access via email. Users may not share email addresses, as each user must have a unique email address. Students can access the new site at https://mdcaps.mhec.state.md.us.
